Who we are

CascadiaAI is built in Kirkland for operators who need AI work to hold up in production.

CascadiaAI is based in Kirkland, Washington, where mountain discipline and operating rigor shape the product. We help organizations move from isolated assistants to governed AI workforces: reusable skills, workflow orchestration, enterprise architecture, and evidence trails in one operating model.

Founder Doron Katz brings SRE and Technical Program Management experience from Amazon and Walmart, with a broader career across enterprise software, consulting, systems engineering, product development, and technical leadership. That background shows up in a simple bias: agents should be accountable, observable, budgeted, and useful to the people running the business.

Property Management

Property management brings together residents, owners, vendors, buildings, policies, leases, budgets, maintenance obligations, inspections, communications, and regulatory requirements. An AI workforce keeps these threads moving without losing the trail.

Sales

Sales organizations depend on coordinated execution. An AI workforce keeps every lead moving with consistent qualification and visible routing decisions.

Reliability Operations

Modern digital services are composed of many interdependent systems. An AI workforce keeps the signal visible, the response consistent, and the learning loop alive.

Executive Operations

Executive work is rarely defined by one recurring task. An AI workforce keeps briefings, decisions, and follow-ups coordinated and visible.

Logistics Operations

Logistics is the coordinated movement of goods, information, documents, capacity, and accountability. An AI workforce keeps the trail intact and the exceptions visible.

Retail & e-commerce

Retail and e-commerce operations connect customers with products across digital and physical channels. An AI workforce keeps catalog, pricing, and fulfillment coordinated.

Governance, Security, & Human Control

Governance, Security, & Human Control

CascadiaAI treats governance as operating infrastructure. Authority must be explicit, human control must be meaningful, least privilege is the default, and risk determines the strength of review, monitoring, rollback, and incident response.

Evidence must be durable, failure must be visible and recoverable, and governance must improve through operations. Every agent workforce should leave a record the business can inspect, learn from, and correct.
