What happens to information you send us.
This notice covers this public website and its inquiry form. A later reader account or customer deployment will have separate terms and data practices.
Information we collect
When you submit the form, we collect your name, work email, company, role, country, interest, business need, page source, and your contact and optional writing-consent choices. We also keep limited technical information needed to prevent abuse and diagnose delivery errors. Please do not submit client records or sensitive case details.
Why and how we use it
We use your inquiry to assess fit, respond, and manage follow-up. Writing updates are sent only if you separately opt in. A lead is stored in a private Google Firebase database. Fastmail sends a brief notification to the CascadiaAI owner; the inquiry details remain in the private database.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; Firestore deletion can take additional time. Hashed abuse prevention counters are scheduled to expire after two hours or two days, depending on the limit. If an engagement begins, any separate customer record follows its agreed terms. You may ask to access, correct, or delete an inquiry, or withdraw an optional writing choice, at hello@cascadiaai.cloud. We will review requests against legal and operational record obligations.
Hosting, location, and service providers
Firebase Hosting serves the site. Google Firebase stores website inquiry records in a US multi-region database. Fastmail processes the owner notification. Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise checks whether form requests appear to come from this website; requests fail when that check is unavailable. The exact providers and data locations for a hosted customer engagement are reviewed separately before an agreement.
