Research brief · Legal
Where could a reviewed administrative workflow help a legal team?
We are interviewing small legal teams about intake, document collection, scheduling, and staff-reviewed follow-up. This is a research brief, not a customer case study.
Questions we are testing
- Which recurring administrative task takes meaningful staff time?
- What information can be processed, under what client and firm permissions?
- Who reviews a draft or suggested next step before it is sent or acted on?
- What evidence would show that the workflow saved time without reducing quality?
Professional boundary
Any proposed workflow must keep legal advice, client commitments, and consequential decisions with qualified people. We do not offer an autonomous legal advisor.
