These terms apply to the public CascadiaAI website. The hosted platform product, demo environment, and any commercial engagement are governed by the Master Services Agreement signed during activation.
Acceptable use
Intellectual property
The CascadiaAI name, mark, copy, and product screenshots are owned by CascadiaAI. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the contact or early-access forms. We may use aggregated, anonymized form data to improve the site.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as-is. Pricing tiers, support response targets, and feature availability are described for launch planning and may evolve. Activation commitments only take effect once a signed order form is in place.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CascadiaAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. The aggregate liability related to this site does not exceed the fees (if any) you paid to CascadiaAI for the engagement that gave rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless superseded by a signed agreement that specifies a different venue.
Changes
We post material changes on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes are announced through the Trust Center evidence cadence and via the customer-success newsletter for active accounts.
